Did you use it on carpet? It says for hard surfaces. Thanks for the link, I am going to do a little searching and see if our store has it.
We used it on hard floors most recently, but have also used it on carpet, basically it’s cardboard.

It reminded me of when I worked at a deli during college and we had this lady that came in every week who wanted to smell the whitefish in the same manner. If I saw her coming I’d try to take my break
but we had one guy working with us who was obnoxious himself who would often deal with her. Anyway, that was a blast from the past, and I tried to not let it trigger me (but it did! Lol).
should have fun making new friends.
So very many peaceful prayers to you always. You have been so very thoughtful about moving into a new condo. There was once very briefly a HGTV show called Sleep On It that allowed potential home buyers to spend a night in the home they were most interested in. I thought the concept was sort of interesting while I admit a bit odd at the same time. Wish you were able to do something similar now. What about bringing with you on your next walk through a few very small, lightweight things that arechek easy to put in a tote bag. When you are inside, place a small picture for example on a counter or as silly as it may sound hang a kitchen towel on a hook. Perhaps doing so will make the space feel more homey and more importantly your new right home. Just an early morning idea. I truly hope Charlotte gets to have her party tomorrow!
along with contuining extra prayers for both you and Don. You know I pray you remember to take care of yourself, too. Please do. We all want you to be of health in body and spirit. More than us, so does God. I also love your Bambi picture, too.
I understand about being cautious at first around bigger canine friends. May he enjoy his new seat indeed. Reminds me of Champ as a puppy taking to an overstuffed chair we had at the time that became his
for your son, what wonderful opportunities. More importantly, to you mom
, thank you for raising based extra on the letter you found, such a kind young man. No surprise because he is so blessed to call you mom. Best to both of your kids and always, of course, to you and your DH, too You know I love precious T and G also
God Bless your wonderful handymen!I've been thinking of your situation, and I'm sure that if the outlets aren't safe/up to code there is a obligation on the property owners part to correct the situation. It's quite a liability to have a rental property with serious issues like that, they are leaving themselves open to being found criminally at fault should something happen, not to mention civilly regardless of if they are a single person or a corporate entity. Perhaps you should bring it up to your city's code enforcement if the professional fireman deem it unsafe. Not to mention the heat that flat out doesn't work! For what you are paying in rent you are owed a home in a safe condition! I urge you to, at a minimum, report your concerns to the ownership of the building with a written paper trail-such as a certified letter.Dad and I so far haven't found any wall sockets here in the main/living room we could use to try a heater.
We are waiting for rain here. I thought it was supposed to start by now, but I don't think it has. It's just getting darker out.Snow is expected tonight
I hope that brings you some comfort, knowing you have that stability. I'm not sure if you realize it or not, but in reading your posts re: the new place, it does seem as if you have a hopeful vibe about it. As if may be allowing yourself to look forward to it! I hope you enjoy it, enjoy decorating it and find joy in the surrounding areas as you go out on your daily walks.I do know that if years down the road I want something else I can do it.
I know! Not sure how that guy really thought he was going to get away with that.![]()
I get that way mid-project sometimes as well.I almost wish we had never decided to even do one.
Handsome fella, he looks comfortable in his new van! He's sitting in the back of my old van that I'm selling to her
Well now! I can see who rules the roost in your homeToto
Toto looks like a man not to cross, King of his Castle, and the one that gets the best spot on the couch!
or it will meet the same fate!Omg the Walgreen’s comment cracked me up! Ten mins later I am still chuckling about it. Thanks for the laugh! Many times I’ve run in there after a shift to grab an HBA item and have eyeballed their little frozen food selections, lol. The big question is, did you look around to see if anyone you knew was nearby before you went up to the register?I've been thinking of your situation, and I'm sure that if the outlets aren't safe/up to code there is a obligation on the property owners part to correct the situation. Well, here we are. Friday afternoon finally. My dishwasher went to the great beyond earlier this week, I found one I liked and it was delivered earlier today. Husband put it in already most likely. After this last snafu, a leak around the door seal again, I called time of death because I was tired of dealing with it. It's had a few issues of late. I hope this sends a message to my washing machine to shape upor it will meet the same fate!
I got my shingles shot yesterday afternoon. Arm is a bit sore, but hardly worth mentioning. I have been waiting to feel crappy from it, but so far no issues at all. I didn't have a reaction to any of my covid shots, pneumonia or flu shots SO I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I get no reaction to this one either. I got in my head a bit after reading about all the incidents of folks having issues after they get the first and/or second vaccine.
Beef pot pie for supper this evening. Not sure about the rest of the weekend, we will see what inspires me. I know I really need to go grocery shopping! I've got no bread, maybe 3 T of butter left and not much else. It's so bad I actually hit a new low and bought a frozen pizza from Walgreens for dinner while I was there.
No real plans this weekend. We have a wardrobe we are not using anymore and may take over to my BIL's place if we get a chance. I also heard there is a new Mexican restaurant right up the road, might be worth a try. I'm in the mood to go to the movies, but I don't think there are any good ones playing - I should look. We are still working our way thru the X-files. I think we've just started season 3. One thing about dropping DirecTV to stream is that we are actually watching less TV, so that is a good thing.
I picked up some scrapple from the butcher this afternoon when I popped out for a quick hair appt. I think scrapple & waffles or pancakes might be on the breakfast menu this weekend.
I seem to always run into people there, lol.I know, it's an acquired taste!I liked your post, until I got to the scrapple part, ICK
One I will never acquire, lol!I know, it's an acquired taste!

Easyas so much for your thoughtful and caring post. I sincerely appreciate it. The problem is that this building is 63 years old and hasn't been well maintained. I'm honestly not sure other than tearing it down and starting over there's anything that can be done. Dad is going to be asking one of the newer neighbors the next time he sees them whether there heating works. I would think someone paying at least twice as much as we would have safe heat! Although, remember, this is the same owner who re-installed three years ago ancient and some dirty window air conditioners through the wall
That was why dad and I chose to spend a ton of money out of pocket to get proper through the wall AC's. As far as the sockets, we really don't have any good options in the living room. Extra info that I'd rather share by PM coming soon. Hooray for your new dishwasher! Long may it wash
are absolutely blessed by the family they are in.
