Good evening everyone.
Had a quiet day. Dad saw the orthopedist and they have a plan in place to help strengthen his knees. I got my tickets for the Disney 100 and was looking forward to that tomorrow. Then Crystal called me sobbing she can't go. She is going but it won't be as much fun as my daughter's family is heartbroken right now. They have a Black Lab. I call him Linkage or the Missing Link, His name is actually just Link. When my daughter got him for the kids for Christmas, he lived with me for 2 weeks. Three years ago, he had cancer, and we didn't think he would make it but he did, even getting movement back in his legs, the tumor was on his spine. Link hasn't been feeling well so my daughter took him to the vet and sadly we have to give Link the greatest gift we can give him now, a final goodbye. He has complete kidney failure and it's not curable. I have tears rolling down my face as I type this. He is only 7 years old, way to young sadly. We are taking him Saturday to join all our other pets waiting at the Rainbow Bridge.
This is my grandpuppy that I will miss terribly.
Link while he was at my house.

I know this is the greatest gift we will ever give him but it hurts just the same.
Hope you all are having a better day than we are right now.
