Q for Yourride??(Rabbitsz)

Hi, I booked with Yourride for Thanksgiving day (actually for my brother Robert and three other in stretch limo, I'm driving down). Just wondering if I should call a few days in advance just to check, or do you call us ahead of time.......thanx, looking forward to trip!!!
