Purchasing waterpark (BB & TL) tickets

Can anyone tell me if tickets to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon can be purchased any where else besides at the gate or at SOG? Any discounts? We will not have PHPs...

They can be purchased at any Guest Relations location, any Disney resort front desk or resort Guest Services location as well as the place you mentioned. The only current discount available to the general public is an AP discount of $4 off adult admission (ages 10 and up) and $3 off child admission water park tickets.
