Pubs/Restaurants in MCO - Regency??

Stayed at the Hyatt MCO years ago, next March we'll probably fly into Orlando around 7:30 pm and spend the first night there, remind me please, what's to do in the airport and the Hyatt itself? I vaguely recall having a nice Reuben and some suds in Hyatt bar and there's a Chili's, right? What else will be accessable to us after we land?

I'm pretty sure all the stores and restaurants in the airport are still open at 7:30 PM.
