do u have to do ps before your trip or can i wait till i get there. i would like to do breakfast, ice cream socila, and hhdr. if i make ps then don't make my time, am i charged??

I'd book recommend booking the ice cream social and any character breakfasts before going and HDD as soon as possible because your seating is based on when you book--the earlier the better. Unless the restaurants are overly popular you should be able to wing some. If you cancel the social and most PSs you won't be charged but there are some exceptions--just ask disney dining when you book. Also earier to wing it in the off season.
