Last night I made a reservation for end of the month. I did it very quickly and easy. The system did not "seem" to have any problems, no glitches, and did not freeze. I did not receive a confirmation and called this morning.
The system created 32 new reservations for me. Luckily I was not in the 48 hours time line because I pre-paid. My bank only allowed one charge to go through, but it could have been a disaster!!
The first agent was extremely rude but the second one was very nice and reported to the appropriate dept.
So check on your reservations if you made them online last night.
