Wow. That was kind of harsh don't you think?

And let me say, I don't know about anyone else, but when I hand over $20K to someone, I do not expect my papers and check to get lost. If they do, the person or persons who lost them should expect to be chastised about it.

I think if you read a little further in the thread, you'll realize that things got a little mixed up with 4-5 problematic situations happening at the same time. That eventually got straightened out.

DVC was not the organization which lost the stuff, and the company that did make a mistake made it right to everyone's satisfaction. If the closing goes through without a hitch, I'm sure Amy will be very satisified with the eventual outcome.

Nope. I think I read it just fine. :)

I was just appalled that someone would be so harsh on someone who posted earlier in the thread.

I do know the situation (from reading the boards, not personally) that you are talking about and the person who had the issue seemed to be pleased with the end result so all should be well between business and client.

However, I again will say that to me whether or not Disney, DVC, or whomever, business is is business, and if someone where to lose a check for a good deal of money on a business transaction, they should be accountable. (Wow we are getting off topic here).
