My parents are flying back home on Southwest on 4/7 at 10:05 AM. They need to check in online and print their boarding pass on 4/6. They are staying at AKV. Is there somewhere that they can get online and print their boarding pass?

Thanks!

The front desk can check them in and print their boarding passes. Guest Services at any of the theme parks can do this too. Also, you could check them in and they can reprint their boarding passes at the airport. This way, they don't have to be worried about being somewhere exactly 24 hours before flight time.

The skycaps at the airport can print the boarding passes when checking luggage or SW also has kiosks that can take care of this.

You (or someone else with access to a computer) can check in for them 24 hours before the flight and they can print the boarding passes at the airport.

The front desk at AK (or at any Disney resort), as well as the guest services locations in any of the parks or at DTD will check them in and print out the boarding passes for them. You or someone else also could do it for them and they can "reprint" the boarding passes at the airport. It's the checking-in part, not the printing-out part, that's important.

Yes, they can do it right at the hotel for them. Make sure that it right at the 24 hour mark. They will go to the concierge desk.

If you are enjoying a park and don't want to walk to the front to Guest Service have someone at home to do it for you. When you get to the airport all you have to do is print it out at the nearest machine.

To bring this all together:

You can check in for your Southwest flight at Guest Relations at any WDW resort (whether you're staying there or not), or at Guest Relations at any theme park, or at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney. This service is free to all Guests.

You can also check in for your flight using any web-enabled cell phone or mobile device. Just go to mobile.southwest.com. Even if you don't have a web option on your cellular account, your phone may be web-enabled, and you might be able to check in and pay by the minute; most Verizon customers have this option (check with your cell provider to see for sure and to confirm the procedure).

To check in for your flight, you will need all of your confirmation numbers. It's a good idea to write them on a business card and keep them in your wallet or wherever you keep your park passes, or save them in your phone or PDA.

When you check in for your flight, you do NOT have to print your boarding passes. You can print your boarding passes when you get to the airport, either at the bag check line or at free-standing Southwest kiosks. Printing your boarding passes in this manner will not change your boarding group or number; the boarding group and number is assigned when you check in, and won't change if you print or re-print your boarding passes later.
