Princess Storybook has 3 meals now: Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. Lunch and Dinner are still a Norweigan menu, since it's located in Norway, so they get mixed reviews dependant upon how people's tastes are. The breakfast is a traditional all you can eat skillet breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, etc.
We did the breakfast May a year ago and really enjoyed ourselves - the food was hot, fresh and good (typical breakfast food), service was good, and we saw Belle, Aurora, Snow White, Mulan, and Jasmine. We were just 5 adults and had a blast - the children around us were having a great time as well! The character interaction was not hurried the morning we went, either.
Reservations for all the princess stuff is hard to get so you need to make it 90 days out usually. Though CRT books within minutes, you can often get into PSB later. Both places do have cancellations from time to time that you can snag

These meals do have a credit card deposit on it, as well.
www.allearsnet.com will list all the character dining.
