Hello ! I'm new to the group. I started working on my health at the end of August. I'm down 13 pounds and feeling pretty good. I really loved the support I'd gotten in the past on these boards, so I thought I'd jump right in again

No, I have never done any type of martial arts - well, unless you count 'Tae Bo' tapes back when they were a thing. I don't count those

This weekend, I decided to do something unusual - usually, I just like to veg out from the long work week and do NOTHING. However, since I really wanted to get my 10,000 steps in (thanks to my fitbit), I decided to take my two girls, DD9 and DD7, to the National Zoo. Got my steps in and got to spend a great day with my girls.

Happy to have you on board - Tell us what your goal for the rest of the month is ... and we can cheer you on with it. What a great way to spend a day getting your steps with your girls. I remember that Tae Bo adds lol



Either my computer or the Dis wasn't cooperating with me and it took me like 5 times to get the photos and info into the post! That was after a double post of my previous post as it didn't appear so I redid it then there was 2!
