I received a gorgeous sparkly, Christmas winter lighthouse scene yesterday from a friend.. She knows that I love lighthouses, so every year it's a lighthouse card.. This one is the prettiest lighthouse scene ever..

Somehow I'll figure out a way to use this in my scrapbooking..

I've only received three cards to date. Two are family photo cards and the other is a card from DD's orthodontist (it was a cute card). I think everyone else is still trying to sign everybody's names and address us properly. Hopefully, they will not get discouraged and just give up altogether. I like getting Christmas cards!

Sounds beautiful C.Ann! I've only rec'd 8 cards thus far and 3 are photo cards . My dear high school friend from Mich. usually wins with her creative home made cards, but I haven't rec'd that yet. So I'll go with a covered bridge with horses pulling a sled and the snow and trees glisten with sparkles.

I love C'mas cards and they are a big part of our holdiay, altho this year I got lazy with photo cards . Each year I enjoy picking out several boxes of cards w/perfect scene and verse. Our daughters are the same way!

The only "pet" one I have ever received is one from a family member with their pet parrot sitting on their shoulder.. That really threw me for a loop at first.. I think dogs and cats are a little more "typical".. LOL..

only got one Christmas card and it wasnt anything wonderful. Though I did love the photo of her son with santa (hes one of my students)
