It's official: Jessica Biel will return to 7th Heaven as Mary Camden! TV Guide.com's Ausiello reports that Biel will appear in the series finale of 7th Heaven to make some major announcements.

I'm not caught up because I watch the reruns on ABC Family every evening. It seems I'm a few years behind because I see Ruthie as a 12 yr old and the idea of her hooking up with some guy is gross, lol. On ABC Family currently Matt just secretly married Sarah. Are they still married? I find it hard to believe Jessica Biel (Mary) hasn't made it really big yet. She is gorgeous.

So, when is this show on in primetime tv?

It is on Mondays at 8:00pm on the WB. Matt is still married to Sarah, but they don't show them anymore. I guess because Barry Watson was filming his new show. I miss him, even last season he would pop in every so often.

The rumor is that a few years ago when she posed for Maxim magazine (think it was Maxim) very scantily clad and very sexy, the show thought she had ruined her 'good girl' image, and thought she wouldn't fit in as Mary anymore. The other rumor is is that she did that on purpose, because she still had a contract she couldn't get out of, and that was her way out. She wanted to move on to bigger things, like movies. I think she has made a few movies, and was voted the sexiest women alive by Esquire magazine last year.
Just got to big for a family tv show I think.

Tbat sneeky so and so. I can't believe Annie fell for that. I thought she was smarter than that. I REALLY hope they find Rose to be the horrible coneiving sneak that she is and conviences Simon to drop her like a hot potato.

I think the show has really jumped the shark. The writers spend a year making us dislike Rose, then "rehabilitate" her in a three minute scene. I think that's really cheap. Now Annie "loves" her. Jeez!

You sound like a friend of mine - she hasn't seen any of the new ones yet either. So when I tell her that Simon is getting married, she answers, "how can he? He's only 10!"

Rose told Annie she was sorry she had been so mean. That when her parents divorced they didnt fight over who got her they fought over who gut stuck with her. It made her feel bad so she started to act superior to others to hide how she was really feeling. She wants to be the nice person she thinks she really is and told Annie she would need her help.
They did move the wedding back one day and offered to buy tickets for the whole family to fly to Matt's graduation.

I wonder if there is some thought that the new CW network will pick it up. I know it still gets good ratings, it was just considered too expensive to be profitable. Maybe they would retool it to cut some of the salaries (I think they add too many new characters each year) and keep it going.

I think they need to end it. The thing about shows about kids is that the kids grow up. Sam and David are lost causes and Ruthie has become so unappealing (nothing like her former self - why did the writers change her so much? She was so TOGETHER as a small child - now she's a total drip. She would NOT have grown up that way!)

We noticed that the guy who plays Martin is not even in the opening credits anymore, so they must be done with him.

Personally.. I LIKE that Ruthie is a moody teenage girl... more the norm I do believe... She is still a goody goody.. but at least she gets very sad over a boy.

oh.. I do hope that the writers really did not redeem Rose in that three minutes. Annie is a soft touch, but that whole spiel from Rose was alot to take in.

I think Sandy is out of the opening credits too.
