powerchairs not allowed in Space Mountain?

I just read in the blog that powerchairs are not allowed in space mountain, and the writer of the blog said that that and Star Tours are the only ones where a powerchair cannot go. I took my powerchair into Star tours!

Is there a place to tell what lines i cannot take my powerchair into? I know some queues cannot take an ECV, but I am always confused about powerchairs... so confused...

The guidemap for guests with disabilities lists it as one where ECV users have to switch to a wheelchair and guests must transfer to the ride car.
In general, power wheelchairs can go in those lines. This may be one of the exceptions, according to the description of Space Mountain on the Mouse on Wheels website:

Cast members will transfer your wheelchair to the disembarking area where you have to transfer up and over the side again while tugging your legs out of the slots. You then exit via a moving belt that goes up rather steeply, so be sure to lock your brakes! You then have to go down a steep hill

I have not been on since the recent renovation, but I don't think they changed the boarding or exit area; just the queue.

I've joined my family through the queue line at Space Mountain many times in my power w/c. The queue is wide enough to accomodate one- perhaps some of the longer ECV's may prove to be a challenge but if someone can transfer, CM's at the entrance will get a manual w/c to use in the lines.---Kathy

I read that blog post too. I'm trying to get registered so I can comment. The writer claims power wheelchairs are restricted due to stray EMF interference. AFAIK that's hogwash.

I know for a fact you can take a powerchair into Star Tours. I do it all the time. Last time was NYE.
