Post your Crocs photos!

Thanks to this and other threads on here I now know about Crocs! When I first saw a photo I just laughed and thought how ridiculous. Anyway.....I am now the proud owner of a pair - just yesterday - and am amazed how fantastic they are. :thumbsup2 I don't think I dare venture out in them but will wear them all the time inside. They are like walking on air, and my feet don't ache any more.
For anyone in the UK I ordered them online from a UK firm and got them the next day.
We are at Disney in a weeks time(they are coming with me for pottering around the resort. :hyper: Can anyone tell me where a Payless store would be to try some of the cheaper ones? Thanks.

granmaz: The website for Payless shoes is www.payless.com
You can shop online, or click on the store locator link at the bottom of the homepage. Enjoy your shoes!!

Call me El-Cheapo. I just bought a pair from Walmart. I'm just going to wear them around the house. I really wanted a pair for DH. He destroys every slipper/sandal I have ever bought him. Too bad they didn't have his size. I'm still not going to give up til I find him a pair. :thumbsup2

Well I broke down. I've already bought the Airwalks from Payless (size 8) and found a coupon for Dicks Sporting Goods (20% off) and went and bought them. I now own a brand new pair of pink Beach Crocs (size 7/Medium). I also tried on a pair of the Aspens (no holes at all) and they did not fit right at all.
They are SO MUCH more comfortable than the Airwalks. They seem to fit better...not as big all the way around the foot. :thumbsup2
Now my next challenge is what color next?!? Red? Lime Green? Orange?

WEEEE HOOOOO :cool1: !!!!!!!!!! My hubby came home yesterday with a pair of fuchsia Caymen Crocs for me. I have been wearing them ever since and I am in love . Between him getting me a stack full of Lime Green Alien Mickey Heads from HD and the Crocs I am a happy woman :teeth: The funny thing is he says he feels like my supplier for my DIsney Addiction :rotfl:

so did mine... but the picture is on the none digital camera - I took one of our feet together outside the restaurant!

Where did you find the 20% off coupon? I've purchased my last 2 pair at Dick's and I need another pair. I'd love to get 20% off.

Inspired by this thread I just bought my first pair of Crocs about 2 hours ago wore them out of the store and they have been on my feet since. So comfy. I just bought $90 Nikes for our trip and I am going to return them tomorrow. I could buy 2 more pairs of Crocs for what I paid for those! I tried to get my fiance to buy a pair but he just can't get around the way they look. So in about 9 months I will be able to post picks of me in my Crocs at the World. Until then it is so nice to have feet that don't hurt! :cheer2:

CarolynNC: It was in last weeks Sunday newspaper. The Beach were also on sale for $29.99 and the Aspens were $34.95. I don't know if they are still on sale though. I'll update this if I find another coupon in todays paper. :thumbsup2

Bought my Payless knock offs on Wednesday and Thurs left for a 4 day visit to Fla to see Dad== spent all of Friday at Busch Gardens in them--and I have to say--theyre great!! I have a bad back and after being on my feet and walking for a few hours normally my back is trashed, but walking all day in these, and in fact, all weekend--no pain or pressure at all in legs or back! Im sold--and now will try and check sizing for actual Crocs, maybe get a pair of the sandal ones for the summer and WDW!! Only complaint--my feet did sweat a little, but, worth it!!

I have seen many men with Crocs at WDW. Old men, young men, boys, etc. Mostly tan and navy blue ones!

It's funny, it is one of those things that once you wear them, you notice other people who do too! It's a great conversation starting!

I think a huge profit would be made if a crocs kiosk was set up on WDW property!!!! Lots of people would buy them once they see all the "cool" people strolling the parks in their bright comfy crocs!!!

:cool1: How about a Crocs store at DTD, then you could try on all the different styles and colors!!! :rotfl2:

OK. Even though we are a Tevas family.........I may just take the Crocs Plunge and get'em a try.

Do they come in half sizes? If not, would you go a 1/2 size down or a 1/2 size up?? Thanks.

Nope, they don't come in half sizes. If you get the Beach style, they don't even come in single sizes - mine are a Medium, which is (for women) 8 and 9. I normally wear an 8 1/2. If you get Caymens (which look just like Beach), or Aspens (the kind with no holes), they'll be single sized, and I got a 9 in those.

Well, we were a Merrell family, but have become sold on the Crocs for summer. We still have to have our fleece lined Merrells for these lovely Chicago winters, but the Crocs are just as comfortable as the summerweight Merrells for less than half the price.

Between myself and the 4 kiddos, we have most of the colors covered. If I can convince DH to buy a pair, we'll be a total Crocs family. But DH thinks they're only for women. I'd love to see some pics of men in Crocs to help prove to him they aren't too girly. And considering his foot problems, I'd think he'd find them heaven! :cloud9:

With my husband, I'm sneaking them into his consciousness. I ordered some brown ones for him because he said he WOULD wear them for gardening.

I'm wondering though if I really want those huge feet in Crocs standing next to me when I already look so ridiculous myself. : ))))

E. in Illinois too

Thanks for the info. I wear a 6 1/2, so I'll move up to the 7. I guess I'd wear a small in the beach style. It seems like sm/med/lg sizes would be tough with shoes, because you want a good fit. :confused3

I saw Crocs at Dicks last weekend. The next time I go, I'm going to give them a closer look.

If you wear the same pair of crocs with and without socks, do they eventually stretch to be to big when you go sockless? KWIM?

Thanks.

I just got my first pair of crocs in the mail and I LOVE them already. I bought a pair of highlands in khaki. Dh is now calling me the little dutch boy b/c he says they look wooden, but I was prepared for the criticism. They are comfortable and I think they're cute. Although it's gonna take me a while to work up to the caymans b/c I do think the holes on the top look a little weird.
