Post Your ADRs: September 2009 ADR Master List!

Well, after 1 hour 10 minute hold, I finally got through. Got most of what I wanted, with a small amount of changes, didn't get 1 thing:

Mon Sept 21 - Crystal Palace 8:20 AM & The Wave 5:30 PM
Tues Sept 22 - Chef Mickeys 7:30 AM
Wed Sept 23 - Le Cellier (didn't get)
Thur Sept 24 Donald's Breakfast Safari 8:30 AM & Jiko 6:00 PM
Fri Sept 25 Kona Cafe 8:05 AM

Gonna keep tryin to get Le Cellier, if not, maybe just show up and see (yeah, I know, probably won't work, but...), if not, we'll improvise...

So, as for Disney, after I was done with the ADRs, I let the person on the phone, very nicely mind you, about how unhappy I was about the wait time and how I couldn't use the online ADR system. His response for the length of hold time, was 'There were 175 people on hold'. Really? Like that helps? Come on, really? I didn't need to know that, means nothing. The response for the online ADR was "yes, there are glitches in the system'. Again, not so helpful.

So, really, very frustrating. I am very glad I got most things (though it is hard to believe the only availability for Le Cellier was lunch). I called again this afternoon, and got a nice lady who checked (no go, by the way) and suggested (why, don't know, it doesn't mention it) using my zip code for my phone number. Maybe she was confused? Don't know... (did try it, but it says 'phone format error' or some such...)

I was so excited about the online ADR system. So far, dud!

Oh well, congrats to all the people that got their ADRs!!!

1 - alot of people are saying they couldn't get Le Cellar, are you calling at the 90+10 day? Why is it so difficult to get? Doesn't look promising for me
2 - what time does the online adr system open?

DH, kids & I were in Mountain Home, AR all last week & had NO cell phone service. We had to drive to the top of the mountains at 5:30am (Central time) to even get a signal. Needless to say, I've been stressing about all the negative possibilities for the past MONTH. DH & I both called in at 6am (basically same exact time.) I was finished w/ all the ADR's by 6:15am & DH finally got a live CM when I was on our last ADR. It's crazy how a split second can mean all the difference in the world when you're calling WDW! I'm just thankful & relieved we got all we hoped for. Best wishes for all of you still waiting!

1 - alot of people are saying they couldn't get Le Cellar, are you calling at the 90+10 day? Why is it so difficult to get? Doesn't look promising for me Maybe you should schedule Le Cellier AS LATE in your trip as possible & it will give you a better shot at getting in. (If you're hoping to get in on your first couple of days, the people who booked 10 days before you have possibly already taken all those ressies.)
2 - what time does the online adr system open? 7am Florida (East Coast) time...We're in TX & I got in at 6am

Le Cellier is amazing! Most folks forget that the lunch there is just about equivalent to dinner. Leave options open!! Happy Planning!

I started dialing at 6:58 and got through at 7:01. I actually was talking to a CM by 7:02 25 minutes later all my ADR's were done unfortunately they weren't exactly what I wanted. I will try to play around with these later. Or maybe I will have my TA check online and see if she can do any better.

I was up at 4:55 a.m. Chicago time & was ready to go with my online ADR's.
We'll be at POR from 9/20-9/27, a party of 9.

All in all, I did pretty well. I was not able to get YAK & YETI at all or LE CELLIER (big surprise) and we got CRT but I had to move it to the last day of our trip. OH WELL! I even called at 6:00 a.m. ON THE DOT & talked w/ a CM to try & get the above 3, thinking maybe she had a MAGIC WAND, but she showed no availability either. So..I was lucky to get the below ADRS all online. Here is what I got:

9/20: T-REX (DTD)--5:30 p.m. (wanted 5:30)

9/21: Wanted CRT for 12:00 & DID NOT GET IT!! Moved to diff day
Kona 5:35 p.m. (wanted 5:30)

9/22: Teppan Edo--6:10 p.m. (wanted 5:00 p.m.)

9/23: Mama Melrose--5:25 p.m. (wanted 5:30 p.m.)

9/24: Ohana's--7:50 a.m. (wanted 8:00 a.m.)
Grand Floridian Cafe---5:30 p.m. (wanted 5:30)

9/25: San Angel Inn--5:30 p.m. (wanted Le Cellier but DIDN'T get it)
Tusker House--5:15 p.m. (wanted Yak & Yeti for 5:00 p.m. but this is
all I could get. Our party of 9 split this day)

Since I booked my trip through a TA, I need her to do my online ADRs for me on Wednesday, and I'm trying to finalize my list to send her - can someone who can currently check ADRs for Wednesday, September 23 let me know if anything is available for Ohana Dinner between 5:30 and 7:00?

I went online at 6am this morning and I had all of my ADRs by 6:20. The only real problem was Le Callier (surprise!) that I had to switch to lunch instead of dinner. Here's what I got...

9/20: Whispering Canyon 5:20
9/21: O'Hana 7:40, Liberty Tree 12:30, Narcoosee's 7:00
9/22: Boma 7:35, Bier Garten 1:00, Chefs de France 6:30
9/23: 1900 Park Fare 8:00, The Plaza 12:20, Liberty Tree 6:25

I was also able to book BBB at 10am on the 26th to go with lunch at CRT. To be honest, I have stressed about this for weeks and everything went so smoothly that I'm almost giddy with relief! Only 89 more days to go

PoshTots, I don't want to get your hopes up, but last year we were a group of 5 and walked up to Yak and Yeti and got right in. Also, later at Tusker House, although we did have a ressie, the place was almost empty. This was the same week in Sept, I think the 20-27ish...I just urge anyone to keep tryin if you're not getting what you want.

I gave it a shot for you. Looked for both a table for 2 and a table for 4 as I didn't know how many people you're dining with. I couldn't get anything on that date.

But.................I'm going to be cancelling our Sat Sept 26th O'Hana reservation. It's for 7:15pm, party of 3. We are going at a later time. Original ressie was made via phone and the one I'm keeping is the one I made online. Not sure how to go about cancelling online so I'm hoping someone will tell me what I should do OR should I just call to cancel???
