Well, after 1 hour 10 minute hold, I finally got through. Got most of what I wanted, with a small amount of changes, didn't get 1 thing:
Mon Sept 21 - Crystal Palace 8:20 AM & The Wave 5:30 PM
Tues Sept 22 - Chef Mickeys 7:30 AM
Wed Sept 23 - Le Cellier (didn't get)
Thur Sept 24 Donald's Breakfast Safari 8:30 AM & Jiko 6:00 PM
Fri Sept 25 Kona Cafe 8:05 AM
Gonna keep tryin to get Le Cellier, if not, maybe just show up and see (yeah, I know, probably won't work, but...), if not, we'll improvise...
So, as for Disney, after I was done with the ADRs, I let the person on the phone, very nicely mind you, about how unhappy I was about the wait time and how I couldn't use the online ADR system. His response for the length of hold time, was 'There were 175 people on hold'. Really? Like that helps? Come on, really? I didn't need to know that, means nothing. The response for the online ADR was "yes, there are glitches in the system'. Again, not so helpful.
So, really, very frustrating. I am very glad I got most things (though it is hard to believe the only availability for Le Cellier was lunch). I called again this afternoon, and got a nice lady who checked (no go, by the way) and suggested (why, don't know, it doesn't mention it) using my zip code for my phone number. Maybe she was confused? Don't know... (did try it, but it says 'phone format error' or some such...)
I was so excited about the online ADR system. So far, dud!
Oh well, congrats to all the people that got their ADRs!!!

It's crazy how a split second can mean all the difference in the world when you're calling WDW! I'm just thankful & relieved we got all we hoped for. Best wishes for all of you still waiting!
