This is our 1st time trying 50's Prime Time Cafe. I've heard it's really fun. I was hoping for something closer to 5:30, but it was either 4:15 or 7:25. If your family is like mine, 7:25 is too late.

I just got off the phone with Disney Dining. I waited about 40 minutes but managed to get everything we wanted pretty close to the times we wanted. The only change we had to make was The Wave... they didn't have a dinner that wouldn't interfere with MNSSHP that night so we changed to lunch.

9/19: The Plaza Restaurant 5:00PM
9/20: Tusker House (with reserved seating for Finding Nemo the Musical) 1:00PM
9/21: Coral Reef 4:25PM
9/22: The Wave 1:50PM
9/23: 50's Prime Time Cafe 6:20PM
9/24: Tokyo Dining 8:30PM
9/25: 1900 Park Fare 8:00PM
9/26: Les Chefs de France 12:00PM

same for us, first time trying the 50's and very excited about it. when i plugged it in i had either 6:30 or 4:15 pm and the kids are early eaters, so the 4:15 pm won out. cant wait!

Has anyone had a hard time getting BBB at the Castle or by any chance tried to book the Wonderland Tea Party for mid Sept.? Just wondering what to expect... as I can't make reservations for a few days, as I have a split stay (can you say 2nd class citizen???)

After a painful 50 minute wait - after calling at exactly 7am - I ended up with mostly what I wanted. I had to move CRT to later in our trip and ended up with Tony's (of all things!) for lunch instead of dinner before MNSSHP.

I woke up @ 5:45am cst. and logged on to WDW.com to make my ADR's.
I booked my hard ressies first, like LeCellier & Ohana. For the most part I got what I wanted. It took about 20 minutes to book my 7 ADR's online!


9/19- nothing planned- arrival day
9/20- 9:15am Crystal Palace & 5:15pm Ohana - (perfect times)
9/21- 11:30am Sci-Fi & 6:55pm 50"s PrimeTime (wanted 6:00pm PrimeTime)
9/22 5:30pm Cape May Cafe
9/23- 12:30pm LeCellier & 6:00pm Teppen Edo (wanted 11:30am LeCellier)
9/24- Counter Service
9/25- Counter Service
9/26- Counter Service & leaving for home

Yeah - just tried again and got Le Cellier for lunch at 12:10pm on 9/24! This was my only change from the original..basically just swapped Le Cellier and Japan for lunch and dinner.

Just wondering - what time did online ressie's go up? I got up at 6:30 to start calling at 7:00, but booked online on 6:35...

I have been sick with pneumonia so I waited until today and got up at 7:00 am cst to make reservations. I was on hold for two hours due to one reservation agents computer being down. We ironically got everything we wanted including CRT for breakfast, except the fantasmic dinner package. I knew that was going to be popular now, but I didn't know it would be that popular.

I called at 8 am PST, because I forgot to set the alarm, and only had to switch one of my planned meals and got everything else within an hour of what I wanted. I am excited! I will probably try to switch two dinners (flip Boma and 'Ohana) but I'm happy with what we got!

We have a large group coming to celebrate my DD's 6th Birthday! DH is 35, Me:35, DS is 8 and my mommy is 56..2, possibly 3 Other families are coming too, but there are too many to mention! Here are our ressies:

We totally nailed it! We called at 6am ON THE DOT (central time) and waited on-hold for 55mins. CM said when she started work this morning, she had 225 queues in waiting!! I'm really surprised we got everything we wanted. Let me know what you think! We have only been to Crystal Palace, and Teppan Edo (before the renovation in '07)
