Ironing everything because it was line dried and there wasn't any polyester to make it wrinkle free. Rolling up dampened laundry and keeping it in the refrigerator until it was ready to be ironed. Adding starch to the water to starch Dad's white shirts - no spray starch. Wringer washers. Clothespins to hang up clothes on the line.
