We have stayed there several times, a couple of times with a water view room.
Aligator bayou we stayed in building 38 overlooking the river.
These buildings can accomadate 5 people as they have a trundle bed under one of the double beds, and we could see the river from our room.
We had a great view of the river and ol' man island.
I liked this the best when considering a water view room, and the bus stop wasn't much farther away.
Magnolia Bend we have stayed in building 90 waterview room.
They considered this waterview, because when you went outside you could look and see the river. However you could not if you were in your room.
Magnolia Bend building 85 no waterview and we looked out at the parking lot and East bus stop.
I liked 85 the best because of the bus stop location.
I prefer Magnolia Bend over anywhere else, but that's my opinion.
DH liked AB the best.
The flowers are wonderful to look at.
All our rooms have been close to the bus stops.
When we stayed in Magnolia Bend building 90 we just walked to the main bus stop by the lobby.
However if you are paying extra for a water view room be careful as they can consider a view of a quiet pool a water view room.
If they could get away with it they would consider a puddle a waterview.
When you check in and they show you where your room is don't be afriad to ask if another location is available.
