pop warner in dec

Whats the deal with pop warner kids being @ DW in december. It this every year for play offs?

Every year, usually the second week in Dec., the Pop Warner players and cheerleaders are in WDW. Most stay at the All Star resorts with some staying at the moderates.

I was there at the same time they were 2 years ago and while most kids were great, some were very loud and seemed to be unsupervised.
