Pop checkin -we'll be there 3pm on a Sat!

Ok how do I make the wait easier on us? DS?
how far from the checkin desk is the arcade? how about tv seating area?
what time should I make Rainforest/Downtown Disney dinner PS?

The arcade is around the corner from the check-in desk, and the TV viewing area is right across from the desk.

As far as I know, the Rainforest at DTD does not take PS's.

You do know that you can go ahead and check in earlier if you are there? Your room may be ready. I've checked in at Pop at that time 3:00 and had very little wait. Around 5:00 the line was almost out the door. There were 3 huge tour buses parked outside.
