Pool Hours

We just returned from the Pop Century - and was surprised that the pool closed at 10 PM. We were expecting to take a short swim after returning from a long day at the parks. Is there any resorts that have later pool hours or quiet pool time after 10 PM. We will certainly factor that in next year's visit.

Now that we're in June they'll be open until 11PM. All WDW pools officially close at the posted time.

We were disappointed in the pool hours at Caribbean Beach on our trip at the beginning of May, too. We would have loved to take a morning swim, but the pools didn't open in time and they closed at 10pm, so we never got to swim at night either.

Move to POR. Quiet pools are open all night.

We stayed at French Quarter one year which was a sister resort to POR and I do remember going down there late to swim one evening.

Officially they close at the same time the Main Feature Pool closes. Sometimes you'll have no problem using them after hours, but sometimes you will. My parents were embarrassed when they were asked to get out of one of the quiet pools at POR last year. They're both in the 70s, were the only people in the pool so it's not like there was any noise. But the CM told them all the pools close at the same time.

YMMV as I know some people who have had no issues. Just be prepared

Not all-many Pools are currently opening at 9:00 AM but some are currently opening at 10:00 AM.

Anyone know what the pool hours would be at Easter / School vacation? Next April they coincide and we are considering a trip. But with crowded parks we might just want to come back and swim. Didn't know if hours would be extended for this also more expensive timeframe! Thanks!

Probably Pop Century. Every time I try to plan elsewhere I get outvoted by my DS's. I love Pop anyways, so it's a good thing! We love being by the computer pool...
