Poly Tower Restaurant

I'm hoping for quick service on the ground floor and table service at the top. Not having two food options in a new Deluxe tower would be a mistake.

While I would love for them to go the 70's kitsch route, I think it's more likely to be in a modern style because that's pretty much all Disney is doing these days.

I don't see why they wouldn't make a roof top viewing area just for DVC members... however this would probably be based on how TotWL is doing. Poly already has the beach and pool area with great views of the fireworks. Gotta add value to that direct DVC purchase.

While I'm hoping for a restaurant, my guess would be more along the lines of a lounge like TOTWL at Bay Lake Tower. I'm not sure that the footprint of the Poly tower would accommodate a large restaurant like what Riviera has.

Direct purchase will access the viewing area with resort reservation, thus preventing overcrowding. I'd be down for that idea. It will definitely be interesting to see how all this will unfold.

Yeah, lets add those 380 rooms ( no exact amount announced ) of people on the beautiful poly beach, and you won't be able to even stand to look at fireworks anymore

I do think they will make a rooftop, but personally wish this entire idea of this hotel was canceled, cause its sad how they are ruining the look of poly and about to kill the sight lines

The top floor would be a great location for a restaurant, but I wouldn't see it as a given.
The Swan Reserve was just built with an area that looks beautiful for a restaurant and their restaurants are all on the third floor. It looks like there will be a restaurant or lounge on top, but nothing yet.

So, many of us are waiting patiently.

Sightlines to what? The Grand Floridian?
