Okay so I was on a phone call with an executive at Disney and I aired my grievances about the constant increase of cost with the downsizing of benefits/experience.
She told me that she appreciated my comments, but they've also heard from a lot of guests who appreciate the changes. So I'm asking, do YOU? Please post your thoughts below as well.
And I'll add, the lady I spoke with was, of course, absolutely lovely and friendly. She told me that she was forwarding my comments to those who needed to see them and said they need feedback like this because they don't want their guests to be unhappy or to lose loyal/passionate supporters. So I would encourage you, if you are unhappy with any of the changes, write in and let them know what and why.

WHICH OF THESE CHANGES ARE YOU HAPPY WITH?
