How crowded will Epcot be with The Beach Boys there?

Our 2 days on the skyliner route will be the 2 days The Beach Boys will be performing. I figure it will be busier.

Epcot has a large capacity to absorb crowds. I wouldn't expect it to be bad.

The Beach Boys’ fan base will likely be skewing older instead of the rowdier young visitors. I doubt it will be that bad.

It will be a little more crowded due to the fact that the band itself will take up more room what with the walkers and other old age requirements. Oxygen tanks and the like! Just kidding, of course, but it is a marval that these guys were probably twenty years old in the mid 1960's. Now in the mid 2020's that makes them 80 years old. I'm 77 and have mobility problems and it makes me wonder if I should have been using a lot of drugs way back then.

Yes, I know that there is very little of the original group left, but groups like the Stones based on their pace of life over the years, are defying all the physical crap that happens in aging. Ringo runs out on the stage at 85. I'd run about four steps before I'd do a faceplant, Paul McCartney still doing massive concerts at 83. Being a person of considerable age myself, I have to marvel at the ability that they have to still seem to have the ability to turn back time.

I think everyone knows they aren't the original. Many bands are not the original members. One time years ago I went to see Fifth Dimension. No Marilyn McCoo or Billy Davis Junior, one band member was an original.

The Beach Boys are touring with original member Mike Love and practically original member Bruce Johnston, who are indeed in their 80's. I saw them about 15 years ago, when they were already not spring chickens, and they were impressively energetic. Maybe rock music keeps you young.

I’m having a hard time deciding on our Epcot day. We wanted to go Sunday, but not sure with the Beach Boys concert. I did read to not go to Epcot on the weekends during the Eat to the Beat going on. We could go Monday with Beach Boys there that day too and I’m not sure if they have extended evening hours that night also. Anyone know if they have extended evening hours when a concert is going on? We are not staying at a deluxe so won’t be eligible for it. I did read extended evening hours do not effect crowds, but I have been there on a day they had one and it seemed crowded to me.

If Beach Boys are there on the weekend plus a Monday that has EEH, I would anticipate the weekend to be busier than the Monday, even with the EEH.

Not sure if there are any John Stamos fans here, but he does frequently play with The Beach Boys. He is also a huge Disney fan. Kinda makes me wonder if he'd be performing with them?!

The weekends are crowded whenever there is a festival, not just concerts. What gets crowded with popular groups is the area around the American pavilion. And extended evening hours are not affected by festivals or concerts.

The acts play for about half an hour. The Beach Boys have a long list of hits. They could be one of the few groups with substantially different play lists

You may see a.lot of guests wanting to see multiple performances. I'd expect crowds around the theater

Saw The Beach Boys in Universal Studios in 2018 & John Stamos did indeed perform with them. It was awesome! And concert viewing space filled up fast, but I have no basis for comparison with other concerts there.

The Pixie Dust annual pass is blocked out on Sunday, so despite conventional wisdom about weekends at Epcot, I predict the Monday performances will be significantly busier. I doubt that will affect the rest of the park that much, though.

I saw john Stamos play the drums with the Beach Boys on the beach in Wildwood, NJ back in the 90s. It was a great time!
