Point transfer 101

Hi, hoping for some help/clarification.

According to #5 of point transfer 101
Banked or Borrowed Home Resort Vacation Points may not be Transferred.

I am assuming this means if either of these actions was done in the current year?

And as it would apply to me, April UY, 250 points banked from 2003. I am thinking, perhaps incorrectly, that these points can in fact be transferred to another member up until March 05 since they were neither banked nor borrowed from this year?

And the current 04 points can be transferred until march 05?

Your 250 2003 points cannot be banked or transferred to another member. They must be used though by March 31 or they are gone forever.

You can only bank or transfer current years points. So the points you received on April 1, 2004 can either be banked to next year or transferred into another members account.

This is correct.

And as it would apply to me, April UY, 250 points "banked" from 2003.

These would be banked points. Therefore cannot be transferred. You must use them by the end of March or you will lose them.

I am glad i asked. Not happy, but would have been much worse if i had lost the points. Steep learning curve.
