Good Morning Everyone!!

Nice day here today - low humidity - a nice break from the obtrusive heat and humidity we have experienced all month and they are rumoring it might be even nicer next week.

6 months from now most of us will be home and missing our friends (new & old) and wishing we were still at WDW or on the cruise.

Maybe Santa will bring us a new trip to plan.

Good Morning! Happy Friday!

I'll join the grey hair club...I started going grey at 25! Where is the fairness in that? I do believe in a good hair dye...although it has been a while.

Hair color has no indication of 'oldness' or better put fuddy-duddyness. You sir, for one, prove that.



Me too. DP plucks them out as he sees them. I'm trying to get him to stop, as I have thin hair and I fear I will have no hair left in the future.

Friend of mine shaved his head. Hair was starting to thin, so he took preemptive action on being bald.

Happy Friday everyone! Today might be a slow day after all at work so I can chat away

As for the grey...it's here and there but I refuse to dye! I already have to much to manage...can't manage that too. DH has been shaving his head bald since right after we met so he's got his grey covered. My hair is a dirty red so during the summer the grey's look like red highlights. The way I look at it, if DH married me for better or worst and to grow old with then I'm good. And after 14 yrs this July I'm not to worried.

Exactly what my partner has done!
But he is lazy. He shaves on Sunday and his head is shiney and smooth. By Friday it is stubble and he looks like Sluggo from the Nancy comic strip!

TGIF folks!

My Gram always gets the Roadkill when we go to TX Roadhouse.

In the early days you just threw the shells on the floor. I haven't eaten there in a while, even though the original store is within walking distance from my house. Enjoy!

I love texas roadhouse! Now I will be thinking about those HOT BUNS all day!

You were all right - tasty & fun & we had a fab server! Oh, those buns!! Our server had to bring extra baskets for our table There's a pub here where everyone throws the peanut shells on the floor - it took a visit to getting used to but I partake too now

DS had hand surgery this week, so he takes up most of my tme.

Hope his recovery is a quick one!

I'm a little bit sad today. I was able to pay off $400 towards PCC 2.0, but I did so by canceling a cruise for June 2011. We have just decided that we need to pay a few things off - like students loans - before we take anymore big vacations. I'm just hoping post PCC is still on for me.

We did end up seeing TS3 last night. I laughed. I cried. I cried some more.

I just have Grey Highlights.

I'm a little bit sad today. I was able to pay off $400 towards PCC 2.0, but I did so by canceling a cruise for June 2011. We have just decided that we need to pay a few things off - like students loans - before we take anymore big vacations. I'm just hoping post PCC is still on for me.

I'm in lurking mode. Not much to say.

I don't understand why we can't all be rich

I am the current student in our house.

I'm getting some coming in...I just highlight my hair and it blends in...

This is my favourite way too...although I am tending towards more "regular colours now...I haven't done pink since last summer!

and another ticket that will bring me back home to Maine.

Now the trip feels far more "real"!

Not sure. Guess so. It is such a challenge choosing between convienent times and lower prices.

Odd thing, the price to come home is about double the price to go down.
Maybe we are supposed to stay down in Florida?!

I love it when the plans all start to get finalized , of course once everything is done as far as planning I start thinking about another trip

The flights I am looking at are the same way. But being so close to the holiday, I expected to be gouged.

Now as long as we can keep Mother Nature happy until 12/12....I could care less if I'm stranded in Florida. Stranded in DTW is not where I want to be.
