I was snapping pictures left and right. That is just something you do not get to see everyday. I have a picture of the shoe tree also, but it is not as glamorous.

The largest bag we bring is the "Technology" bag. Then the clothes, then the laptop bags...

Good thing we aren't stopping in St Thomas or St Martin on this cruise. You might have needed two technology bags going home.

Happy 4th of July!!!!!

I am still behind so I can't really catch up. I will be in class all week this week. DH bought me new school supplies and I found a very cute new lunch bag too.

Hopefully this ethics course will be relatively painless and quick. Next week - Chicago!! By way of Detroit of course!!! That should be enough to get me through.

The weekly parking pass I got is only valid for the farthest parking lot. I suspect it is about a mile from there to the classroom. I am hoping to find my pedometer before tomorrow morning. At least I will be getting exercise too.

I did see the shoes/purses, packing, driving or flying bits...

We are driving. I haven't driven to Florida since 1976. I wonder how I will pack for this? hmmm...no real weight restrictions past what DH can haul...

Happy 4th of July!

I am spending a rather quiet day at home today. DH went into NYC to wander with his camera, DS#1 & his GF are down the shore and DS#2 is relaxing and playing video games. The buys have to work tomorrow- summer camp has a regular day for the kids. DH & I will be home tomorrow doing odds and ends around the house.

We just had brand new windows installed throughout the house this week- so I am putting things back together- curtains, washed, blinds back up, etc.

Funny story- when the guys were installing the windows- one of the men came down the stairs and asked me if I worked for Disney!
I suppose an outsider might find we had "just a few" Disney items here and there around the house!
When I relayed the story at dinner, DS#1 just rolled his eyes.
DH & DS#2 thought it was hysterical!

Ended Independence Day watching fireworks from Washington DC, New York City and Boston all from the comfort of my air conditioned living room.

My next fireworks will be live at Walt Disney World in December.

I am going into the office today, essentially after three weeks off. Luckily, I went in for a short time last week so I was able to clear out all the stuff in my inbox so at least I don't have all of that to tackle..

Now that my summer trip is over, I need to get busy on the planning for PCC 2.0.

Of course you do! But you don't celebrate Independence day on that date!

We don't celebrate the 4th of July (we did this year because we celebrated our birthdays and had a birthday party!!).

We are in the middle of the major east coast heat wave everyone is talking about so it will be a indoor day for the most part of it. Sure hope all of you that are also sitting in the middle of this oven are careful and fun ways to stay cool.

The heat wave here has started and I still don't have the air conditioners in yet. Maybe the bedroom one goes in tonight.

We have today off but back to work tomorrow. I need to repair the garden hose and while I should have the supplies already here, I can't find them. So a trip to Lowe's will occur shortly.

Maybe heading to my sisters pool as well.
