even so, that would only be 4 pair of little strappy sandals :)
I need F.E. Gift space

I think Jeff may be alluding to a certain person that brought 11 pairs of shoes on the 1st PC cruise....hmmmm who would do such a thing :confused3 ;)

Yup, I am actually already looking ahead to what shoes to bring.

Of my pairs of sneakers, which is the most comfortable for all day? Or, which is the least uncomfortable? My feet have trouble with sneaks, but I need something good for all day walking. What is the best footgear to bring for the day when my feet say, No more sneakers!

I do not wear "dress" shoes. Will a pair of "nicer looking" thongs (flip flops) be okay for dinner on then ship?

Don't forget moleskin and bandaids for "just in case"!

So much to think about!!!!

This is a very good reason for direct deposit.
My partner doesn't even get paycheck stubs anymore. All online! No papers to lose or shred.

They switched us over to Direct Deposit with Online Stubs several years ago. However there are still a handful of people who get a paper check (we print them). I love direct deposit - I hate going to the bank - I don't know why everyone doesn't do it. :confused3

At most, I will have four pairs of shoes: My Everyday Shoes, Mickey Crocs, Water shoes and a dressy flat shoe.

Happy Saturday!

Too early for me to think about shoes. :goodvibes

Time to start a spreadsheet though!

I will pack 2-3 sneakers, probably 3-4 Croc flip flops and at least 3 dress shoes, maybe four pairs, depends on my mood.

This is the minimum, could be more, I do subscribe to the Alicia School of Shoe Packing after all ;)

I was very happy when all four on the library staff went to direct deposit. I didn't feel that I HAD to get to the town office to pick up their checks right away. And if I "misplaced" the checks (happened once, they slipped between my car seats) they still get their money?

Are you driving or flying?

When I am driving. My packing rule is "when in doubt, throw it in the trunk of the car!".

When flying. I pack much lighter.

'Pack happy or Pack heavy. Pick one'. That's my travel mantra.

I travel happy. Pack what I think I need, then get rid of 1/2 of that. Still end up with stuff that didn't get used.

DH packs everything he owns, and grumbles the whole trip about carrying the luggage.;)

Oh, me too! :rotfl:
I already warned DH that I will have 2 checked bags this December- too many shoes for the cruise and land portions of the trip. I love that on the ship I can run back to the cabin and change anytime I want!

The largest bag we bring is the "Technology" bag. Then the clothes, then the laptop bags...
