PMSers Unite!

Thanks Angel! I'm really worried about Teva!!! Hope she has somewhere to go

I know. :sad1: You know, I always thought that moving to the Panhandle would put me in the path of hurricanes and tornadoes. Since moving here, a massive tornado has devastated my home town in Massachusetts and now a hurricane is barreling down on VA and the rest of the eastern seaboard. It's like the world has just tipped a bit.

Scraps - What up with the eye?

Well, my doctor is sending me to an opthamologist tomorrow. To him, everything looks good. Doesn't look like the retina is detached, no signs of a stroke or TIA, my eyes track well and evenly, etc. He thinks a thorough exam is in order though. I had an exam by my optometrist a month ago and everything was fine then. Guess we'll see tomorrow.

Did the floater get worse? I hope that's all it is. I have one. Not that it will make you feel better atm but if it is you will get used to it.

We still live basically at the border of NY/NJ. Den still works in NY. For everyone's sake in its path I am praying Irene is not as bad as predicted right now.

That Tiramisu cupcake is probably the best cupcake I have every had.:lovestruc

And I have another one waiting for tomorrow.:rolleyes1

Goodnight!

I have a single rule.

1)WWTD? What Wouldnt Tig Do?

BITE ME!

TIG secrets 19 now, has her own place and a live in boyfriend, jules is working two jobs right now, until we can get a second vehicle on the road, and i'm still at lowes and workingon this 5000 sqft of what hte heck were we thinking..lol

Remolding always makes a person think that!

Ok...I need more coffee:lmao: I TOTALLY Mis-read that first line as "Tig has a live in boyfriend.":rotfl: I CLEARLY am not awake yet:rolleyes1
:scared1: :headache: :rotfl:

That would clearly make her the worse lesbian ever and just cause to be kicked out of the club.

They would shred my lesbian card. :sad1:

ETA: My exciting project of the day? Spraying bras with glitter spray! Fun. I just ran out and have 1/2 a bra left.

Um....speechless! :rotfl2:

Ya'll seem like a friendly bunch! Can I play? I brought brownies!

Are they magic, by chance? :D

This has been a tough week. I know at some point I just need to sit down and cry it out but that hasn't happened yet. I thought leaving Kevin at College would be the hardest thing I had to do this week. I went yesterday to a funeral for a young boy from our church. It was heartbreaking buy uplifting all at the same time.

How sad.

Either or. ;)

Okay. Describe yourself in a sentence.

I am a mix of fun, help, hope, laughter and plain pure mean as a rattlesnakes bite when someone threatens my people. I find it balances me. :goodvibes

NEXT!

Hmmm, will have to think. :woohoo:

That Tiramisu cupcake is probably the best cupcake I have every had.:lovestruc

And I have another one waiting for tomorrow.:rolleyes1

Goodnight!

Why wait??? :yay:

No, I can't ay it got worse, just extremely annoying. I think DH got tired of me saying, 'oh, there it is again!' numerous times a night :rolleyes1 and decided I needed to go see our doctor. If the doctor tomorrow says it's a floater, then I guess I'll just have to live with it.

Goodnight!

You did remember to have mine shipped to my work address right? :thumbsup2 Cause you know if it comes here to the house my DM will eat it and pretend it didn't arrive.

A quick hello! Gotta run to the store.
BTW, DM3, I answered your where in MN question back a few pages.
Yep, got it. You, Beccy, Minnie and I will have to meet up at the MOA or something when you get here.
Hello, not a PMSer, but I know most of you from other places and are friends with you on facebook and saw some hints of this place in your FB posts so I just thought I'd pop in and say hi! Great to see so many familiar friends and personalities here!
I could have sworn you were a pmsEr. Huh. Well, we loves ya anyway.princess:

Um...I hope she's paying the monthly bill!:scared1:
I would love an iPhone. But not the bill.

Morning. I just finished talking to my high anxiety kids about the things they need to do to prepare for this weekend. There is only so much I can do to reassure them that we don't expect anything bad to happen but we have to be prepared. I was calm and actually downplayed the whole thing but it had little effect. They are both now at Red Alert Anxiety. :headache: It is going to be a long few days.

A wonderful new cupcake bakery has opened up pretty much right around the corner from me. I "liked" their FB page and their post this morning says they have Tiramisu cupcakes today (tiramisu is my absolute favorite). It is taking every ounce of will power I have to keep from going and getting breakfast. . . This place is going to be very dangerous.

Bras are all glittered! They're out drying in the sun in my backyard:lmao:.

Ya'll seem like a friendly bunch! Can I play? I brought brownies!

Crap. Can't scroll on my iPad....

Scrappy stay safe. If you walked to get that cupcake I bet it cancels out the calories. We went to the state fair today. Let's just say I had some sugar.:scared1:

I am sure they would have to take back the toaster. Speaking of which, I need a new toaster. Do ya think.....nah.;)

Glittery bras....well at least I know who you are now.:lmao:

Mimi, I like brownies so you are in. I have to eat them today though because tomorrow I have to go back to no sugar.

My husband is going on an instructor flight on sat. My MIL got it for him for his birthday. It was on groupon but still too expensive for me. So I called her and suggested she give it to him for his birthday. Win win all around. Easy gift for her(she hates shopping) and he got something really fun. I'm excited for him. I might go along to take pics.

We have a cruise coming up in Jan. Got our second price drop today!

Prayers for all of you in the path of the storm. We need a list of everyone that is going to be affected.

Everyone from NC to Maine :headache:

Lara, Scrappy, Teva... they will be hit the hardest I believe. Then there are a few that are a little further inland that still need to beware... Pixie, Merle, Auntie, Myst, Tig....

Who am I forgetting people?!?!?!

But I have a buttload of water. :thumbsup2

We're bracing. I just noticed that we are now in the "extreme" part of the storm surge. I have a couple of hills between me and the Bay, so I can't imagine I'll get surge. Of course, my husband showed me a map of "worst case scenarios" yesterday where my neighborhood was just GONE from surge. We're a peninsula that sticks out into the Bay.

That's would be wonderful! I'll be there in January!

We've got a good number of friends over on the coast of NC plus my friends here who will be hit. Having BTDT with hurricanes, please take care of yourselves and get out if you are asked to. :grouphug:

Buttload? Is that equivalent to a crapton?

Stay safe everyone!

My BIL is supposed to be getting home from Afghanistan today and I hope that Irene isn't blocking his path back to Savannah. My sister will be totally bummed.

Myst is in NYC and they are predicted to get hit hard so add her to the list.

Merle and MM are in the DC area-- not sure how bad they are expected to get it. Lovemygoofy is there too I think so keep her in your thoughts.
Shuggie is here near me.

Tig are you in an area of concern??

We have a crapton of food and supplies and have the Hurricane Party planned with the kids so we will be here. We are not very close to the water so we aren't worried about storm surge or flooding. The wind direction should push the trees over away from the house. So my biggest worry is for a week or more of power outage-- this pampered princess doesn't rough it well! If it gets miserable the girls and I will leave for a few days.
