I am not debating that bag for WDW. Just because I want it. ;)

We are going up to a cabin for the weekend. I can't wait to sit down with a cold beer. :cool1:

Oh, then I really like it!!!!!

I won't get my first cold one until about 10PM tonight

You can have one of mine. Don't ask why they are in the sink.

OK. Good to hear.
Hope you guys have a great weekend! :cloud9:

:scared: There's a genital herpes advertisement, and of course I thought of you all (and my mother...in that order). :rotfl2:

I'm watching a repeat of Deal or No Deal. Shows how bored I truly am. :) But I am having fun doing trip planning at the same time. :cool1:

Hi Tig! I love planning trips. That's almost as much fun as going on them. I'm going to go find a movie to watch.

I love trip planning, which is one reason that I almost didn't go on this trip. I feel that I'm missing out on something not having awhile to plan and anticipate, but I'll still have fun when I'm there. And if I didn't go now, who knows when I'd get there again.

I'm finally watching Amazing Race from Wednesday night.

I fully agree that part of the fun is planning. Then again, sometimes the fun is in the spontaneity. Maybe this is the case. I mean after all you have been so many times before you don't need a lot of planning to pull it together. With just 2 people you don't need a lot of organization. Infact that is one of things I like most about our May trips in the past. Because we had just been there recently we didn't feel the need to get it all in, everything was extra anyway. It was just all bonus fun. Just enjoy being with your baby while he still is young (because no mater how old he will be, he is always going to be your baby.) ;)

May is such a great time. It looks like the resorts are full, but the parks normally aren't and the F&G is amazing. You are going to love it!

I've only been in May one other time and it was mid May 5 years ago. Jake and I tagged along with my DH when he was on a business trip (my DH was on the business trip--Jake is advanced, but not that advanced :rotfl: ).

That's the trip that my in-laws came from California and watched the older 3 kids and I forgot, in all the getting ready that our older son had "family life education" when we were gone. I meant to have my DH go over the birds and the bees with him beforehand (our agreement, just as I had done with our DD), just to make sure he understood all the facts before learning it all at school. Well I forgot to remind my DH and of course my DH was not about to remember it on his own. So here we were at WDW when I remembered. :rotfl2: Oh, well!

Anyway, as much as I remember, May was a fun time, and Jake will be excited. Last night he was trying to talk me into bringing him to WDW. hehehe I need to figure out how to tell him. I want to do a scavenger hunt to let him figure it out. But I need to do it soon because I've almost spilled the beans! I still haven't gotten an e-mailed back from the AAA agent, so I'm a little nervous, even though I did talk to her on the phone yesterday and she was getting ready to call and confirm everything with Disney. I'm going, though, since I have the flight reserved, even if I have to staysite.

Hi everyone. I have some news. Debbie just informed us that she is engaged. She isn't getting married until the end of 2007. She has already asked Allison to be her matron of honor.

I was just wondering, stupid question. But doesn't the matron of honor ususally have a bridal shower for the bride? Allison is only turning 12 and will be 13 then. No way can she afford a shower. Looks like I will be hosting a shower. :rotfl2: Is this is poor taste?

Congrats to your DD! How exciting! No idea about the shower, but maybe the bridesmaids can take that over since Allison is young. She can then help them out.

allison is 12 or 13? then she would be a maid of honor, matron is a married person. and I don't think that someone that age would be expected to throw a shower. But maybe she could help whoever is throwing the shower with decorations or something. Congratulations!

Where have you all been? I went to a high school post-prom fund raiser bingo night. It was fun, in spite of the fact that I didn't win anything. Hey, any night out is a fun night! :rotfl:

Hey all,

Here at work today, we had a power outage and gas leak here in our building on Friday so I came in to get some stuff done.

Susan- Yes Allison would be the Maid of Honor. You could have her help plan the shower, she is old enough and will probably have some good ideas.

T&B- You sound like my sister, she is in the midst of planning our trip to Disney in June and she is so proud of herself because she has this notebook she started with all of our trip stuff. She is the type who plans everything down to which park for which day, when we will get there, where we will eat, etc. And she is also planning for the next two Disney trips, one in Sept. and she and her family are also going in Dec.

Merle, but that's just it, I haven't planned anything for this trip. I'm having fun thinking about it and I know that I will do a little planning, but I doubt that I will do much. Good thing my sister isn't going to meet us there or she would be shocked. She likes going with me because I do all the planning and she feels like she's on a tour. I just tell her what time we're leaving in the morning and where we're going.

I feel kind of guilty not inviting her, but Jake drives her a bit crazy, even though Jake's behavior is improving with age. My sister forgot how her kids acted when they were little and I don't want to have to worry about every move that Jake makes. I kind of wish that she could join us for part of the time, but didn't invite her for any of it.

OMG, the tag fairy had to go looking a few days back I think to give me my new tag! :rotfl2: My face turned bright red when I saw that one! I will kind of miss my homemade tags that the TF erased to give me my new tag, but I can't argue with my new tag... :teeth:

I'm the same as your sister. Mine gets irked at me when I don't pay attention to her and give her my opinion. :teeth: I have told her a million times, just plan it and I will go along. She has my credit card number. :thumbsup2 Tell me what time to be ready and I will be out the door. And with her, I know not to pay much attention until about a week before because the plan will change 100's of times between the initial decision and then.

We are planning a 40th birthday cruise, it started out just her and I and a friend of ours. We will all be 40 within a year to a year and a half from each other. Then my friends DH want to go since the both of them turn 40 the same day, now my BIL wants to go. Goodness knows who will end up going by the time we are done. :lmao:
