So I knew today would be stressful and I would be exhausted. I picked up this heat and eat French Dip stuff from Costco (it was yummy!) and some nice sub rolls, a bag of chips and some fresh string beans. Quick and easy dinner. Heat the meat, warm the rolls, steam the beans and open the chips.
Welcome to cooking with LTS. I overwarmed the rolls--they were a bit on the "crusty" side
(hard as a rock). I pull them out, turn around for a min and still smell something burning and look back to see a fire on my stove! I turned on the wrong burner and a stray pan is flaming.
Good thing I only did a quick and easy meal.
