Teva you are going to be too busy laughing and having a great time to panic once you get there. Just make sure lots of them beat you there and have had a few drinks first.

Really though I know panic attacks don't make sense so I have no great advice for you. Just that you will meeting and making some good friends that will make ou feel at ease in no time.

Dh says he's working this weekend after all. I feel so bad that he has to work so much because of me. He's either at work or asleep and it's lonely around here. I miss my husband and I guess the strain is starting to show. He says he thinks I don't love him anymore How could you not love a guy with mouse ears on his hard hat?

You need to compromise with him taking a day off now and then to spend together. And when you are lonely between 8:45am and 2:30 you know where I am and how to reach me.

You aren't crazy. I have suffered anxiety/panic attacks on and off for a good portion of my life. They have been cropping up again for whatever reason since we got back from Florida. It's bizarre.
