Texas Equusearch is coming back to search again at the end of the week
:
On Saturday, Equusearch said it will be coming back. Deputy Director of Equusearch Mandy Albritton said the main focus will be on finishing the search of the 25-square-mile area where they had previously been looking.
"Thirty percent of that search area we could not get into," she said. "However, if Orange County has found other areas of interest that they want us to look at, we will definitely go there and search those areas, as well."
I am hoping that TE uses their ground penetrating radar and re-searches the Anthony's backyard. I read something over on websleuths that really made me think.
A poster at WS remarked on the time a while ago when George was out fertilizing his yard, and how strange it seemed at the time. I remembered seeing prior video of GA doing that, but I didn't realize he had bags of hydrated lime for his backyard.
So OK I realize that some people use lime on their lawns (usually after a soil test that shows your lawn needs it), but I really haven't seen that so much down here in FL. Usually people down here have a lawn service, or buy some bags of Scott's or Lesco at the big box store, BUT (as I posted on ws) when we farmed sometimes hydrated lime was used on dead farm animals to sanitize the body and keep the flies down.
And as I asked over there, as hard as it is to consider this, perhaps one area of the Anthony's backyard needed a little lime for extra help with a bad odor/flies (as in a buried body)? You know, it would probably have been easy to transfer Caylee's body back to the house after the search had been performed there. They always drove in and shut the garage door quickly, who knows what they had with them. Their movements weren't under such scrutiny back then either. Maybe they thought another backyard search was coming, and threw the lime down to try and confuse a cadaver dog?
Also remember there was a new patio poured and new pavers laid pretty quickly. Perhaps that's around the time when Cindy and George's attitudes completely changed. Why they won't take a polygraph, etc.
Casey has always said she feels like Caylee is close to home. Might she really have been in the backyard all this time?
My thoughts on what happened change daily, but right now I think:
Casey wanted to be the party girl and was tired of dealing with Caylee. I don't think the guys with Casey had any interest in raising children, so that pressured her daily to "do something with the kid" so she could go out and party.
Caylee was getting of the age to be able to verbalize what was really going on, and Casey couldn't have her spilling anything to Cindy.
When they had the fight about Casey stealing money from the grandfather, Cindy threatened to get custody of Caylee. Casey wasn't about to let that happen. I don't think whatever then happened to Caylee to be an accident, but a direct answer to Cindy.
The day of the flurry of calls from Casey to George and Cindy, I first thought that she was trying to reach them after something happened. Now I think she was really checking to see where they were and how much time she had to remove the evidence.
Then everything that followed was trying to coverup. The "script" she mentioned was actually a real coverup script that she had planned (with someone else? Lee maybe?) to use.
Casey (who Cindy admitted had never really bonded with Caylee) got a tattoo as a memorial and posted some lines as a tribute and that was that. She removed most of the evidence of Caylee's life and then moves on. After all, it was all Cindy's fault that it happened.
