OH FINALLY! Some Fantastic news! Let's hope the grand jury agrees!

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony may soon face homicide charges in connection to the disappearance of her missing 3-year-old daughter Caylee, Local 6 News reported.

The State Attorney's Office is planning on presenting its case to a grand jury next week, according to Local 6 News. The grand jury will then decide if prosecutors have enough evidence to charge Anthony, the report said.

Even with no body, the state plans to charge Anthony in connection with the death of her child. It is not known if it will be a murder or manslaughter charge, Local 6 reported.

Caylee was last seen in mid-June but was not reported missing until mid-July.

Orange County sheriff's investigators -- and Sheriff Kevin Beary -- said they believe Caylee is dead.

Anthony was recently named a suspect in her daughter's disappearance after evidence allegedly showed a dead body was inside Anthony's car.

Air samples taken from the trunk of the car indicated a dead body was present, investigators said. Cadaver dogs also alerted on the car, according to investigators.

In addition, FBI results showed that a hair sample taken from the trunk of the car likely belonged to Caylee, Local 6 News reported. High levels of chloroform were also found inside the trunk, according to the report.

Anthony was previously charged with child neglect in her daughter's disappearance.

I wonder if she knew this was coming down and she wanted the private travel request to flee!

Aha - just heard another thought on Casey's new request to look privately for Caylee. LP says that he thinks she knows that Tim Miller and Texas Equusearch will find Caylee's body when they come back this time, and she's running scared. He thinks maybe she needs to make a little private trip to rehide some evidence/and or the body.

I know Casey will still be fitted with an tracking bracelet so her movements can be traced, but I also have heard that some people have removed those without anyone knowing.

Oh gosh, I hope the judge refuses her request!

That was my thought when I read this at work earlier today. She must have heard where Tim Miller is going to concentrate the search and she wants to get out there and chekc if the body is still there and if so then she wants to move it. Maybe now she is finally starting to run scared!

And I can't wait till this goes to the grand jury. I'll bet we'll see plenty of tears from her when she gets the news that they think she killed her daughter. Not because Caylee is dead but because she might have her baby killing butt stuck in jail for a long time..and the parites they will throw for her in jail are not going to be all that fun.

OMG, how is her lawyer going to talk her out of the check situation? That is concrete proof it is her doing all of it. How stupid is she? I guess she thought her friend would let her steal from her like her parents let her steal.

At least if the State's Attorney's office can't get the grand jury to agree there is enough for a murder charge, she has all these felony counts against her for the checks.

One more theory about her wanting to be released to do her search in private - one WS poster said that maybe Casey wants to do her own search so she could actually "find" Caylee's body herself (where she left it, of course), so she can say see, no one listened to her and didn't look in the right places and she warned everyone that the "kidnappers" were dangerous people.
This sounds like something Casey would try and pull to me.

Here is the Target receipt with the clothes/lingerie from the 7/10 visit (she even bought a beret? Haven't seen her in that yet)

It even shows where she purchased the Mossimo Blue Hoodie she was booked in - $9.98 on clearance, kind of her to spend Amy's money so wisely.

It was 10 30 in the morning....where is her baby?!!!! Oh that poor baby...please ...indict her now!
Wonder what George and Cindy are thinking now? I hope they can come to grips with what Casey has done...the sooner they do, they can hopefully grieve for Caylee.

This is the first time that I am posting, but have been lurking since the beginning.

What I am wondering is how did she think this was all going to turn out?? I mean before her mother called 911 and while she is spending Amy's money. Did she really think (in her sick mind) that she was going to get away with it. She wrote the checks out to herself and even signed her name to them??? What kind of excuse was she planning to give Amy about the money missing from her check book that she "accidently" wrote her name on.

Even more important, did she think that everyone would just forget that she had a daughter and she could just live on like nothing ever happened???

I am really anxious to see what else LE has on her. I am sure they have much more on her than what they are releasing to the media.

I really hope Equiseach finds little Caylee. Just to put her in a proper burial spot with the respect that she deserves. It just breaks my heart.

He also has refused to take a lie detector test for the FBI."

I don't get it. Why would Lee refuse a DNA test?

Also, now when I go back and look at some of the old Jesse Grunde info, things now jump out at me that I didn't pay much attention to the first time I read them. During Jesse's interview with the detectives, he mentions Casey called him to ask if she could come over and take a shower at his place. She was living at Tony's, but he was in NY at the time. Part of Jesse's interview says:

During my conversation w/Inv. Analyst McBride, I additionally recalled that between the week of 6/22/08-7/6/08, I had two odd contacts from Casey Anthony: In that time period, Casey called me to ask if she could use my shower, since she was not staying w/her parents and Tony (her boyfriend) was out of town. The call occurred at 10 am but unsure of the specific date. I allowed Casey to use the shower

So OK, I think that was a really strange thing to do (why not use the one at Tony's), and now I wonder if she used his shower because she wanted to wash any evidence down his drain, instead of Tony's!

What does she do with her lawyer from 10am to 4pm? This just seems odd to me and is he in there with her the whole day.
