Please help with HS Strategy

We're going on 2/15, crowd level 9 and HS is most recommended by EWDW. Our must do's are ToT (at least twice), RnR, BayMax M&G, and Doc. The original plan was pre park opening H&V reservation then go ride RnR & Tot. The earlier opening time throws everything off, I've been stalking a new ADR time but it's not coming up yet so I'd like to have a back up plan.

How does this look:
8:00- ADR at H&V
9:00- RnR
9:40- Baymax M&G (still at 10:30 w/ 8am opening?)
11:00- Buzz Meet & Greet Animators Drawing Class
12:15- Frozen Sing a Long FP
1:35- TSM Fastpass
3:00-ToT FP

Should I just keep the ADR time and hope RD is 7:45 so we could sneak in a quick ride on RnR or try for an 8:30 ADR and does that give us enough time to get to Baymax M&G line?

I would drop the ADR or move it back to late morning. From 8:00 - 9:00 you'll want to get RnR and ToT done in the standby line.

I would try to move the ADR, you might find something last minute. When HS opened at 8 during the holidays, 10:30 was still the earliest Hiro and Baymax started meeting.
