Please explain this waitlist ? to me

I've read that you'll increase your chances on the waitlist if you go day by day. But I'm waitlisted at 2 different resorts. If I switch to day by day, could I end up with a day at 1 resort coming through, then a day at the other, then back to the first? Or does Member Services automatically drop you from the waiting list of the other resort if a day at one of the resorts comes through (that would be preferable). Or would I have to call and drop myself from the waitlist at the other resort once I get one night at one? I hope my question makes sense. I guess it's just that I've been on the waiting list for a whole loooong month, one of the resorts I'm waiting for is BCV, all these wonderful reports are making me anxious and I'm impatient! I want to maximize my chances, but don't understand this part.

Waitlisting at more than one resort can certainly create a problem for daily automatic waitlisting. You need to make sure MS understands your preferences for obtaining a reservation in this case.

If you use daily autoconfirm with 2 resorts, you could well end up with dates at both resorts, ulness you are clear with MS how you want to approach the reservation.

I'd suggest a call to MS to list your priorities for those dates!
