Plastic jungle nightmare! What can I do with these?

Oh, yes I know mom323 was being helpful. I wasn't being sarcastic or anything, I'm just mad at myself for not being more careful when I was reading the "fine print". I appreciate all of the help and advice I get here. In looking at the bright side- maybe I'll just HAVE to plan a trip to Disneyland, since it seems I can use the cards to book resort reservations there...

No offense taken. I haven't reread all this, but did you call DCL and did they say they couldn't take the cards? It does list DCL in the description, unless they are only good in the ships stores. Which until recently they started accepting gift cards in the stores on board. I agree with Namsupak. why Disneyland and not the rest of the properties?

Plastic jungle who I have bought from before does offer a 60 day no questions asked return policy. If any are within that timeframe do that. I have bought before and gotten merch credit and they have allowed me to return. That said they outsource their customer support so you may need to escalate to a supervisor.

If that does not work, you might try to look at selling them back to plastic jungle or one of the other gift card sites. They all accept gift cards and merchandise credits and buy them at 80-87% of value.

Looks like I worked it out, thanks for all of the advice I finally spoke with a P.J. supervisor who was very nice and agreed to take the cards back for a refund. He even apologized... whew! Lesson... learned...

Did the PJ super explain why "merchandise credit" was not part of the description? I am just curious for future reference. Seems like false advertising if they are selling "merchandis credits" as gift cards.
