FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Jacoby Ellsbury is looking good at the plate and taking command in the outfield. In other words, he seems to be all the way back from the rib woes of a year ago, when he played just 18 games.

After reeling off three hits on Tuesday, Ellsbury came back with two more on Friday against the Twins. He is hitting .364 in Grapefruit League play.

When the spring started, manager Terry Francona said that Ellsbury could start the regular season hitting lower in the order if he still seemed to be feeling his way back from the injury. At this juncture, it appears Ellsbury will be ready to stay in his customary leadoff spot, which is where he's been hitting all spring.

*shakes head* I'm just so dissapointed in our society at the moment. The big, buff, tall kids- whether they stink at a sport or not- are selected for the team. While the short kids, even though they are way better than the taller kids, don't get picked. This ruined my day, and I'm not in the best of moods right now... I'm sorry if I sound mean if I reply to any of your comments. Just lettin' y'all know.

I still think Selena and Justin won't last. Once it's over,all the fangirls will be super excited. I don't give a ____ about it,and I'm a fangirl too.

They won't... she's pretty much just using him for fame. She goes after whoever is popular. When the JoBros were big, she dated Nick. Twilight was huge, she had something going on with Taylor Lautner. Big Time Rush is pretty popular, she gets to know one of them pretty well. And now Bieber is her ticket to supreme stardome. It's not really working for her, since now so many people hate her.

well, they're both over 16 now, so...
i'm not. i didn't say 'all' bieber fans, i said most. well, at least the ones i know. i'm sure some aren't annoying, you aren't annoying.

So... over 16 or not, Justin is still a minor... And he will be for another year.

LOL, no. I had to stop by the middle school- don't want to talk about it. And then we went to the Lenten Dinner at church- don't want to talk about that either.

Neither went well, and now I feel sick from being in a car so much today.

The best thing about today, though is that I told my momma Justin's coming in December and she said I could go! I told my bestfriend, Rachel, about his concert date- and her birthday is 17 days before mine- so we're gonna ask our mommas if we can go as our birthday present Because the concert is 1 month before my birthday, and two weeks before hers.

I'm so excited- LET'S HURRY UP DECEMBER.
We're gonna make t-shirts and get flat rimmed Yankee hats- just like Justin's
