Pirate and Pals Cruise

The Pirate and Pals Cruise for Thursday, Nov 12th is sold out. What are my chances of getting a cancellation? They don't have a waiting list and told me to keep calling back. For those that got a reservation, what is the last day to cancel before you are charged? I may have a chance on that day.

You're charged when you book it, but I believe canceling to get a full refund is either 72 or 48 hours in advance.

ETA- I just called and all our possible dates are booked up too. Guess I'll keep trying.

I have in my notes that it is a 48hr cancellation policy.

Dumb question, but are there ever same day reservations available? The only day it would fit for us is arrival day. But, being from the snow belt, a February flight always has risk of delay/cancellation, so I hesitate to make any plans, even if estimated WDW property arrival time is 11:30 am.
