I have read and did some search here .. but as I understand it .. its always good to call wdw to see if there is any discount associated to your name...??
otherwise you would never know ?? is this possible .. ?

Yep. All you need to do is call and ask if there are any PIN codes attached to your name and address. I have had one before when I didn't receive an email/mailing about it. The one I am currently booked with did come in the regular mail, but it came about 3 weeks after I had called and asked if I had any. Just call once every week or two. It doesn't take long and the CMs are happy to check for you. Good luck!
