And now ... I may be a little scarce for a few days. I just got a phone call that my mom (Grimace to those in the know) is in the hospital with heart issues - she may have had a mild heart attack and we're waiting on test results to see where things go from here.

So please know that I'm not trying to neglect you or the food porn but am somewhat distracted. Once I feel like I have the time and the humor, I promise to continue.
