those are for sale in world showcase during the flower and garden festival. don't remember the name of the shop - but it's the area directly opposite the american pavilion - in between mexico and canada.

When I was there way back in 2007 they were near the Canada area, right opposite the entrance to Le Cellier but I have since seen them in Hallmark stores and gift shops at home also. I think you can also find them online.
