Pick-up Place at Port?

My boyfriend's parents will be picking us up at the port after our cruise. Where should we tell them to meet us? It sounds like there is a limo/town-car pick-up and drop-off area. Can just anyone use that? Brian's mom cruised DCL once so she is a little bit familiar with the area.
