Photopass Share - Late May/Early June *updated for June members pg1*

We are going June 1-5, 2008 -- may we sign up to be a part of this?

Our trip is for June 8-15--so I obviously can't make the deadline dates. Perhaps one will open up that will work for our dates.

I am curious though about a couple of things:

1. When you copy the cd for each participant, will the cd contain all the pictures of everyone in the group or will it just contain the participant's pictures?

2. I'm assuming that you'll be copying the "copyright release" for each participant also--is that correct?

The copyright release is on a text file that is on the CD directly from Disney - when a copy is made of the Cd it is automatically included on the CD itself. I have printed many of our pictures though through various places and never even been asked for the copyright info. Hope that answer helps !

No problem! I am just so glad this took off! In DL, we don't get as many opportunities to use photopass but now I plan on hunting them all down!

We have enough people to split into two groups. Late may and Early June. Please see the first post in this thread for new information. If anyone is willing to host the June one please send me an email. This would entail prebuying the CD, collecting the money, entering the photopass numbers, making copies of the CD's when they arrive and mailing them out.

Send me a PM if you are willing to do this for the June group !

If no one offers I can probably still be able to do it.

I was one of the original posters..do you still have room for me? I had a very sick son for over a week with pnemonia and did not come close to the computer!!!! We'd like to join the June 1 - June 15 group. Cannot send a PM because of post count. I can handle running everything for the June group with some guidance and help if needed, but can burn CDs with the best of them! We live in Parker, so if it helps we could meet in person.

I will still be in charge of collecting the money but she will be the one ordering the CD and mailing them out to the members of the June group. I will pass along all of the information to her that the June members provided me with

I also see a few members have asked to join the June portion of the group. I will leave it up to justkeepswimmin in she is comfortable with another member or two joining. Otherwise the group will be left as is.

As far as more members that are going in May - if someone would like to head up a 2nd end of May group - I have no problem maintaining and collecting the info. We would then have two May groups and 1 June group.

Thanks soo much for handling the money portion. I am okay with letting 1 or 2 more into our group for early June. If you want to confirm with them, that is okay with me. Ideally under 10 seems the most managable. I can also PM these individuals if you would like.

I am so excited to be in on this. We are going to be hunting down every photog we can find this trip!!
