It looks like four of us will be at the World at the same time: Monday 5/19. That is me, rmjkharrisfam, ktnystrom, Msslaydbug.

On the 19th I will be in the Animal Kingdom. Want to meet up and do a couple photopasses with all four of us Dis'ers (and whatever kin you all are bringing).

At noon I have an ADR for lunch at Yak & Yeti which I want to keep. But I can be flexible otherwise. Towards evening I should be heading to another park, but have not decided which one.

Photopass Updates as of April 26, 2007 for the May group​

*I have emailed back and forth with a couple of previous photopass share leaders to make this as easy as possible for all of us. This is how it will work. *​

I will be creating the photopass account on May 10th and prepurchasing the CD at that time.​

When you return home please email me your photopass card Id's. Put in the subject line "PhotoPass Numbers" along with your DIS User ID

Please understand the system for uploading and editing is *very* slow and once we hit 300+ pictures it takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R ! Please be aware of this on your editing day and be respectful of others and do not log in on their editing day. From what I understand please expect at least 4 hours to edit your photos - possibly more depending on the amount of photos you took.

The night before your editing day I will email you the user name and password

I have a question; if I was planning on doing the GF photoshoot,how do I show them proof or purchasing the cd? or will it not work because were doing a share? If its not possible its fine,but I was thinking about it. thanksss

I have another person who is looking into doing this. But, I had another group leader tell me it messed up their photpass share royaly ! She said that when a person in their group showed the receipt to the GF it was somehow tagged as "taken" and they also had to upload all their pictures to that CD. I have read another report like that as well. If you can find more information on this I would beintrested but would really hate for the entire group to be messed up because of this and have you or the other person intrested in this owe the group their money back - y'know ?

Truthfully, I feel the way it will work the best if the GF photopass person just puts your photos on a card and gives you the card but from what I understand you have to show them the photopass receipt so they can burn your the CD right there.

If someone has done this or found out more information before I would be intrested to learn more. Like I said - my info has just been from other not directly.

Based on the info Msslaydbug posted above, we will run the June Group the same way as the May group. When you get back, email me your photopass #s and I will get them up on our group photopass account.

I will look over everyone's travel dates today and come up with an editing schedule similar to the one Msslaydebug posted. PM me if you have any date preferences and I will try my best to accomodate you. I plan to order the CD on 6/22 so any date between then and your return date would be eligible for an editing date. I will post our editing schedule at the end of this week (5/3)!
