photo sharing: Your best shot from the last time you used your camera...

Saw the Foo Fighters twice the weekend of July 20; these are from the show in St. Louis:

Thanks for the AWESOME pics of the Foo Fighters!!!!!!!!! I saw them here in Houston and it was my favorite concert! They put on an incredible show!!

I'm going to see Snoop Dogg and 311 tonight... it'll be interesting, but not as good as the Foos.... :goodvibes

Yay, another fan! :goodvibes I actually got tickets last week for the 2 Vegas gigs in September and I am so psyched I can barely see straight!! The venue holds like 2000 people! :scared1: I thought being on the front rail was exciting...I don't know how I'm going to be able to deal with this. ;)

Well, hey, he may not be Dave, but Snoop should be really entertaining, at least! :thumbsup2

I've got 10 tons (roughly) more pics in my Photobucket, if you want to see them. They are by FAR my favorite subject to photograph (doesn't hurt that they're easy on the eyes, either  ).

OK! -- I would love to see them! If you'd rather, you can just send them to my email address: luvmyfam3@gmail.com. Thanks! That's awesome that you'll be able see them in such a small venue! I'm VERY jealous! And I agree, Dave Grohl...

I just sent you an email with the links in it, as there are probably a few hundred pics posted and they would reduce your inbox to a smoldering ruin. Here's a bit of a sneak preview, if you will (since you <3 Dave and all...)

During my DW's and my bike ride this morning we came across that caterpiller migration. There were thousands of them crossing the road and it was "dodge the caterpillar" for a while but I am pretty sure we made it through without doing any damage. Can't say the same about all the cars though. Thought I would jump off the bike and get a couple shots with the little Olympus that I carry when I ride.

We saw those caterpillars crossing the road that goes thru the Out of Africa Animal Park in AZ in Aug of '06. There were lots of them. They are pretty big bugs!

Went to my DH's hometown of Keyport NJ over the 4th of July..took day trips to Cape May, Atlantic City, NWC, Philly, Delaware Crossing State Park.. had a blast!

And my 1st attempt at fireworks from a fireworks display competition I went to yesterday. Not great, but OK for a 1st try!!

I like how the river looks in this one.

I like how the clouds are edged in red in this one.

Had some extra time over the last few days and took a bunch of pics. I started with some portraits of youngest DS:

Then later that day I went to the New England Patriots training camp:
Great catch by Randy Moss (81)

Free Agent pickup LaMont Jordan taking a pass from rookie QB Kevin O'Connell:

Then the next day after work I head to the south shore and got a nice shot of Scituate Lighthouse:

My camera is now resting. :teeth:

I was out in the backyard again last night - trying to find something that I hadn't photographed yet. When I turned around I got a glimpse through the window blinds of my husband listening to the weekly training net for ham radio operators. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but overall I am pretty happy with the results. LOL I almost felt like a peeping Tom taking the photo - like I was invading his privacy. He is very tolerant with me. I think this is probably one of my favorite photos of him. This - is Ian - the real him. Not the forced goofy smile - but this is the quiet, contemplative Ian that I love so much.

Love it! The expression on the youngster is precious! Is that the time out box?

:) Thank you Deb, he does look sorry for himself doesn't he :rotfl:

This was taken at my local park over the weekend. Every year we have a sort of Armed forces party...

That's a nice shot for you to share Jen. I get a sense of serenity at first look. Nicely done. :thumbsup2
