Phone wait time ..

I don't even get a wait time. The voice just says "one of our agents will be with you shortly" which seems questionable at best.

I've been on hold for 2 hours. If they just hang up on me when customer service hours are over I think I'm going to lose it.

They are supposed to stay on until the queue is cleared.
 
Thank you all for the responses, I had a family emergency (still ongoing) yesterday right after posting... in fact being on hold w/ Disney made me miss the initial calls for that. My priorities right now are different, however I think when I get back to this I will try the option 3 trick. I will for sure report back. Wife and I going on 3 day May 20 out of MCO.
 

I called at 8am, did option 3, then got someone right away as their first caller, so the trick really does work. They don't seem to know if you're calling about a new or existing reservation either.
