But I just had a son on December 13 who we named Peter and his sisters and I call him our "Little Peter Rabbit." So I feel like we HAVE to see it.

Surprisingly all 4 of my kids and their grandma want to see it. I think it could be because when the boys were toddlers/pre-school aged they watched a lot of Peter Rabbit on NickJr.

I love Beatrix Potter and have all the books and I also loved the tv show; we even had a Beatrix Potter calendar in our bathroom last year and I still have a Jemima Puddleduck money box on my bookshelf. However, I think this looks absolutely awful! It is not at all like the Peter Rabbit I know and love. So no, I definitely will not be seeing it!

Oh my word this! I LOVE Beatrix Potter. I have been a fan since I was a child. There is no way I am seeing this. It looks awful!

No. I don't want to imagine a world where Peter Rabbit throws a house party in McGregor's house. I told my kids this is one movie Momma won't take you to. You have to convince Daddy instead!
